You can save the world

The rainforests of the Amazon produce about 40% of the world’s oxygen and deforestation contributes up to 30% of worldwide CO2 emissions. Whilst we must do all we can to save the rainforest by adding our voice to the plea for control, it’s not only the rainforests that affect the air we breathe.
Factories, power stations and cars spew hundreds of tonnes pollutants into the atmosphere every day.
Here we have suggested just a few of the things you can do to help reduce this flow.
All of us must make this commitment, not just to the generations that follow but to the earth itself.

Avoid all ozone-depleting gases. Halon in fire extinguishers. CFS’s in Styrofoam, air conditioners and aerosols.
